Intuition at play

Workshops

“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.”.

Albert Einstein

A part of us knows … and knows what the right choice is, both on stage and in life. We all have this innate gift: it is our intuition.

The challenge is learning to recognize it and listen to it amid the constant noise of our thoughts. Fortunately, with the right tools, this skill can be trained.

In this workshop, we will explore different ways to pause our rational mind and logical thinking, allowing the more intuitive part of ourselves to emerge.

The work will focus on developing listening and intuition as a support for stage presence: becoming more aware of space, rhythms, and bodily impulses will guide us in directing our energy.

The more freedom we give our mind – without prejudice or barriers – the more intuition will surface.
